In
recent
years,
Stainless
Outfitters
has
been
commissioned
to
create
a
number
of
art
pieces
most
of
which
are
kinetic
(wind
driven)
for
Mr
Ron
Baird,
a
very
well
known
local
artist
and
creator of
the
iconic
Spirit
Catcher
on
Barrie's
lakeshore.
These
projects
have
advanced
our
field
of
knowledge
with
regards
to
material
usage, structural
design,
innovative
fabricating
methods
and
creative
use
of
equipment
especially
with
our
Flow
waterjet
cutting
machine.
Each
piece
is
first
rendered
as a
maquette
as a
test
of
practicality
before
development,
testing
and
fabrication
of
the
actual
piece
is
commenced.
These types of projects
serve to provide
creativity and
innovation across all of
our product lines which
allows us to offer our
customers new and unique
ideas.
